Upward Facing Dog
- From Locust Pose, place your forehead on the floor for a quick rest. Plant your hands into your mat on either side of your chest, elbows pointing toward the back of the room. Press the tops of your feet into the mat.
- Inhale a breath as you scoop your chest forward, balancing on the tops of your feet and your hands, coming into Upward Facing Dog.
- Lower your head back between your shoulder blades. Pull your shoulders blades down your back.
- Hold for five breaths.
